1. These bail applications have been filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.19/2025 dated 31.01.2025, registered at Police Station Suhagpura, District Pratapgarh, for the offences under Sections 332(c), 115(2), 190, 191(1) and 103(1) BNS, 2023 .
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case while alleging that the petitioners along with co-accused have assaulted complainant Punaji, his son Bhanwar and his daughter-in-law Hurki, as a result of which, Bhanwar died and complainant and his daughter-in-law have suffered injuries. He further submits that petitioner- Lali @ Lalki’s name is not present in the FIR. While drawing attention of the Court towards the charge-sheet, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that complainant Punaji, in his statement, has stated that the petitioners assaulted him and his daughter-in-law namely Hurki and the main accused Anil struck on the head of complainant’s son with ‘lathi’, as a result of which, he suffered severe injuries and fell down and blood oozed out.
