1. Heard learned counsel for the parties as well as perused the material available on record.
2. The instant application for bail has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in relation to F.I.R. No.60/2025 dated 28.02.2025, registered at Police Station Nimbahera Sadar, District Chittorgarh for the offences under Section 111 (1), 112, 189 (2), 190, 191(2), 126(2), 324 (4), 324(5), 351(3), 352, 333 of the BNS and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 .
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations levelled against the petitioner along with the other co-accused persons are that they while acting in an organized manner, threatened and intimidated the employees working at a toll plaza and attacked them with sticks, sword and iron rods and also, vandalized the electronic devices installed at the toll plaza.
