1. The petitioner is apprehending from arrest in connection with FIR No.180/2024 registered at Police Station Dalanwala, Dehradun city of Uttrakhand for the offence under Section 406 of the IPC. Indisputably, the petitioner is seeking a transit bail for a limited period so that he can be able to take necessary steps to exercise his legitimate rights.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a permanent resident of 252, Bramano Ka Bass, Village Nimbera Kallan, Tehsil Raipur, District Pali. He was an employee of Majestic Agent Support Private Limited. Learned counsel further submits that the complainant in his complaint alleged that complainant’s company Majestic Legends Sports Private Limited had provided certain vehicles
