1. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 03.06.2025 (Annexure-9) passed by respondent no.2 whereby he has approved the recommendation made by the Executive Engineer for proposed action against the petitioner for the alleged violations.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Executive Engineer i.e. respondent no.3 has received a report from the Assistant Engineer i.e. respondent no.4 regarding the alleged act of destruction of water channel and acting upon the report of the Assistant Engineer, the Executive Engineer has taken up the proceedings and came to the conclusion that the report found to be proved.
