1. The petitioner-wife has filed the present civil transfer application seeking transfer of Case No. 1131/2023 (1135/2023) "Dr. Nishant Soni Vs. Smt. Monika Soni” preferred by the respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act , pending before Family Court No.2, Jodhpur to the Family Court No.1, Bikaner.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage between the parties was solemnized on 19.04.2022 as per Hindu rituals at Jodhpur. However, since the petitioner-wife was harassed and abused for demand of dowry and for undergoing IVF for child birth, by the respondent-husband and his family members, therefore, fearing the safety of the petitioner, her parents brought the petitioner back to Bikaner. Thereafter, numerous attempts were made for resolution of the dispute, however, the in-laws persisted in their unlawful demands and subjected her to continuous harassment and abuse. Faced with such situation, the petitioner submitted a written report against her husband and his family members, upon which, an FIR No. 307/2023 was registered at Police Station
