1. This second bail application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 on behalf of accused-petitioner in connection with Complaint No.VIII(IO)06/NCB/ASU/2022 registered at Special Judge, NDPS Cases & Additional Sessions Judge No.1, Kekri, District Ajmer for the offences punishable under Section 8 , 15(C), 25, 27A read Section Section 29 of the NDPS Act. Later on Section 8 /15(C), 8/25, 27(C), 8/28 and 8/29 of the NDPS Act were added. 2. First bail application of the accused-petitioner bearing S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.13499/2023 was dismissed vide order dated 10.10.2024 with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh bail application before the trial Court on the basis of the version of the prosecution witnesses examined till then.

3. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the alleged contraband is said to have been recovered from a vehicle which was driven by the accused-petitioner and the co-accused, namely, Mahaveer who was sitting beside him. She has also submits that the co-accused, Mahaveer has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 23.04.2025 in S.B. Criminal Misc. 2^nd Bail Application No.15229/20
