1. This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred claiming the following reliefs:- "(A) The respondents may be directed to take immediate and effective action for the complete removal of encroachments on the public road, restoring unimpeded access to the villagers and ensuring the protection of their fundamental rights;
(B) By an appropriate Writ Order or Direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to remove the encroachment from State High way and over khasra no.280 and 279 situated village chittordiya, Patwal Halka0 Chainpuriya, tehsil Badisadri, district Chittorgarh;”
2. A Division Bench of this Court in Jagdish Prashad Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.10819/2018, vide order dated 30.01.2019, has directed creation of Public Land Protection Cell(PLPC) for rural areas in every district; the relevant portion of the order reads as follows:-
