The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of the FIR No. 332/2022 PS Kotwali, District Bhilwara, Rajasthan for the offence under Sections 420 , 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the IPC and FIR No. 384/2021 PS Kotwali, District Bhilwara, Rajasthan for the offence under Sections 406 , 420 and 120-B of the IPC.
