1. By way of filing the present criminal misc. petition under Section 528 BNSS, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Misc. Petition may kindly be allowed and the F.I.R. No. 62/2025 Police Station, Hathuniya, District- Pratapgath for the offence under Sections 189 (2), 115(2), 126(2) AND 109 (1) OF B.N.S. and its entire investigation including filing of charge sheet, if any, may kindly be quashed and set aside qua the petitioner.
In the alternative police authority may kindly be directed to the investigated the matter fairly and impartially in the impugned FIR.
Any other appropriate order in the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of petitioner may kindly be passed.”
