Continuity of service benefits must be granted from the initial appointment date per established court precedents.

Headnote:All the writ petitions seek service benefits from the date of initial appointment under the Judgment and order of the Court in the earlier case (State of Rajasthan Vs. Dr. Paritosh Ujjwal). This ruling directs the State to grant continuity of service benefits to petitioners. The critical issues involved were outlined as benefits entitlement. The court's reasoning emphasized adherence to established precedents and directed the computation of service from the initial appointment date.

Result: The petitions are allowed with directions to grant continuity of service benefits accordingly.
