The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 140/2025 registered at Police Station Mukundgarh District Jhunjhunu for the offence(s) under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 112(2), 61(2)(a) of BNS, 2023 and Section 66D of IT Act, 2008.
