1. The matter comes up on application (1/2025) preferred on behalf of respondents No.1/1 to 1/4, 2/1, 2/2/1 to 2/2/4, 2/3 and

2/4 for disposal of the writ petition.

2. Counsel for the respondents submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the suit itself has been decided on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties vide order dated 07.11.2025 and, therefore, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. Counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to refute the aforesaid position.

4. The application (1/2025) stands disposed of.

5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay Petition also stands dismissed.
