4. The applicant/appellant herein has been convicted and sentenced vide judgment dated 25.11.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, (Special Judge N.D.P.S. Act Cases), District Phalodi in Session Case No.58/2016 for the offence under Section 8/21 of NDPS Act, 1985 and sentenced to 5 (Five) Years’ rigorous imprisonment along with a fine of Rs.10,000/-, and an additional one month’s imprisonment in case of default in payment of fine.
