12/11/2025 The instant application for temporary suspension of sentence has been filed by the appellant-applicant on the ground that the applicant-appellant is a student and his exam has been scheduled.

Learned counsel for the appellant-applicant submits that the applicant-appellant is pursuing Diploma in Library and Information Science from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota and his exams are commencing from 20.11.2025 to 31.12.2025. In these circumstances, the appellant-applicant may be granted temporary bail for the abovesaid period.

Learned Public Prosecutor has also verified the fact regarding the exams of applicant-appellant.
