The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 13.09.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2, District Hanumangarh in Sessions Case No.04/2016 whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment under Sections 302 of IPC along with a fine of Rs.10,000/- and lesser punishment for the other offences under Sections 148, 307, 341 &
