1. It is stated that the State of Rajasthan, through the Special Public Prosecutor, is moving an application on behalf of the Public Prosecutor for withdrawal of the application dated 19.01.2021 filed under Section 321 CrPC and for treating the same as not pressed.

2. The said application has not been filed in the Registry nor it has been filed before the Court of Special Judge, P.C. Act Cases No.4, Jaipur Metro, Jaipur where it is addressed.

3. After the same is filed in the said Court, the same may be filed in the High Court at Jaipur Bench, with a copy of the same to the respective counsel who are appearing for the accused petitioners.

4. List these cases again on 7^th January 2026.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the accused may file a response, if they so choose.
