19/11/2025 S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15866/2013 An application(IA No.2/2020) has been filed by the applicants under Order 22 Rule 3 & 4 of CPC for taking the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2, Shri Harsukh Lal Kumhar on record.

Learned counsel for the applicants petitioners submits that during pendency of this petition, respondent No.2, Shri Harsukh Lal Kumhar has expired on 10.03.2020, leaving behind him the legal representatives as mentioned in para 2 of the application.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants petitioners and for the reasons mentioned in the application (IA No.2/2020), same is allowed and and the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2, Shri Harsukh Lal Kumhar as mentioned in para 2 of the application are ordered to be taken on record.

The amended cause-title filed along with the application is taken on record.

Mr. Suresh Kashyap, Adv. has put in appearance on behalf of newly arrayed respondents. Hence, service of notice upon newly arrayed respondents is complete.

An application (IA No.1/2025) has been filed by the applicant for hearing the matter on an early date.

Taking into consideration the issue raised in the present petition, application (IA No.1/2025) for early hearing is allowed.

List this matter on 09.12.2025.

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18939/2013 An application (IA No.1/2025) has been filed by the applicant under Order 22 Rule 3 & 4 of CPC for taking the legal representative of deceased petitioner Harsukh Lal Kumhar on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner Harsukh Lal Kumhar has passed away on 10.03.2020, and, therefore, his legal heirs may be taken on record.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the application (IA No.1/2025), same is allowed and the legal heirs of deceased petitioner Harsukh Lal Kumhar are ordered to be taken on record.

The amended cause-title filed along with the application is taken on record.
