1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court in the case of Ravi Jajot & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SBCWP No.10496/2018, decided on 30.08.2018, gave certain directions. Pursuant thereto, the respondents were required to undertake certain exercise, which exercise has so far not been undertaken by the respondents.

2. As the petitioners have similar grievances as in the case of Ravi Jajot (supra), the petitioners be permitted to approach the respondents by way of a representation in light of the order in the case of Ravi Jajot (supra).

3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of. The petitioners may approach the respondents in terms of prayer made and noticed above.

4. If such a representation is made, the same shall be dealt appropriately by the respondents.

5. The order has been passed based on the submissions made in the petition, the respondents would be free to examine the veracity of the submissions made in the petition and only in case, the averments made therein are found to be correct, the petitioners would be entitled to the relief.
