The instant criminal jail appeal has been preferred by the accused-appellants against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 31.01.1996 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge No.2, Chittorgarh, in Sessions Case No.168/94 (State of Rajasthan Vs. Shri Lehru & Anr.), whereby the accused-appellants have been convicted and sentenced as under:
