1. This criminal misc. application under Section 528 of BNSS (482 of Cr.P.C.) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for extension of time of interim bail granted to him by this Court for a period of 30 days in SBCRLMB No.7521/2025 (Dinesh Vs. State of Rajasthan) vide order dated 17.07.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised this Court that the temporary bail was granted to the petitioner for a period of 30 days on the ground of ailment of his wife, who is suffering from serious Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding (DUB) and severe anemia and requires blood transfusion.
