07/08/2025 The present interim bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with FIR No.154/2024 registered at Police Station Gangrar, District Chittorgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 8/15 & 29 of the NDPS Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that unmarried sister of the petitioner is suffering from kidney disease and urinary problems and presence of the petitioner being only brother, is essential therefore, interim bail for a period of one month may kindly be granted to the accused-petitioner. In support of his contention, learned counsel has produced Medical Certificate of petitioner’s sister.
