preferred by the respondent No.2 – complainant seeking correction in the order dated 29.7.2025 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.6048/2025.

Today morning, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 –

complainant appeared before the Court and made a mention that the above criminal misc. petition was listed before this Hon’ble Court on 29.7.2025 at Sr.No.75. He further submitted that the Hon’ble Court after hearing arguments of learned counsel for the parties, was pleased to direct the learned Public Prosecutor to call for the case diary and the matter was ordered to be listed in the Court on 11.8.2025. However, it
