The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner

against the order dated 24.10.2024 passed by learned Learned Rent Tribunal, Udaipur whereby, the stay application filed by the petitioner under Section 151 CPC in the petition moved under

Section 47 CPC, was rejected.

Brief facts of the case are that a suit for eviction was filed by

the respondent Jain Mahasabha filed a against LRs of one Rajmal as well as father of petitioner and other tenants. The said suit came to be decreed vide judgment and decree dated 21.02.2024.
