1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant-appellant and learned Public Prosecutor on the application for suspension of

sentences.

2. Drawing attention of the Court towards the impugned No.239/24), titled as “State of Rajasthan versus Inderdas”, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the learned trial Court has failed to appreciate the facts and evidences in its true and correct perspective. It was contended that
