1. The present miscellaneous application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed through his wife, seeking to extend period of interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide orders dated 01.12.2025 and

03.12.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of 15 days to

perform the last rites of his father. It is further submitted that the petitioner’s wife is required to undergo knee replacement surgery. In support thereof, prescription and medical test reports have been placed on record, which reflects that the petitioner’s wife is undergoing treatment for knee problem and advised knee replacement. It is also submitted that the petitioner is the only person available to take care of and assist his wife during and after the surgery.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report dated 15.12.2025 sent by the SHO, Police Station Balara, District Sikar, verifying the factum of requirement of knee replacement of petitioner's wife. He has opposed the prayer for grant of temporary/interim bail, however, is not in a position to dispute the fact that the petitioner’s wife is required to undergo treatment/surgery for knee replacement.

After considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and upon careful perusal of the material available on record, more particularly the fact that petitioner’s wife has been advised to undergo knee replacement surgery, this Court deems it appropriate to extend the interim bail/temporary bail of the petitioner for a further period of 60 days.

5. In this background and for humanitarian grounds and there being no legal impediment to extend the period of interim bail/temporary, the instant application is allowed and the period of interim bail already granted to the convict-petitioner Ranveer Singh Alias Ranveer Bijarnia S/o Shri Madan Lal, by this Court, vide orders dated 01.12.2025 and 03.12.2025, is hereby extended for 60 days’ on the same conditions/directions and the bail and bonds furnished by him/her in terms of the orders dated 01.12.2025 and 03.12.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc.

Application Nos.759/2025 and 754/2025, respectively.

It is made clear that instant order shall be applicable qua all the FIRs, the recital of which has been given in the present application.

6. Let this misc. application be again listed on 20.02.2026. Learned Public Prosecutor shall be required to submit the compliance report of the order whether petitioner has surrendered or not.
