Sentence (Revision) No. 371/2025 :

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that accused-

petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that hearing of criminal revision petition will take significantly long time, therefore, application of suspension of

sentence (revision) may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed application for
