1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the
following prayer:-
“By issue appropriate, writ, order or direction the respondents may kindly be held the impugned action of the respondent for conducting DPC for promotion from the post of Forest Guard to Assistant Forester from the year 2019 on the basis of the separate seniority list for TSP and NON TSP category as illegal and arbitrary and further the respondent be directed to conduct to review DPC for promotion on the post of Assistant Forester on the basis of common seniority list for TSP and NON TSP category and give promotion to the petitioners against the vacancy year 2019-20 as per his seniority with all consequential benefits including the arrears accrued thereof with interest and the respondents directed to modify the order of promotion qua the petitioners and rectify their year of promotion as 2019-20 and further the respondents be directed to revise the seniority as well as eligibility list for making promotion from the post of Assistant Forester accordingly.”
2. During course of arguments, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners may be granted permission to file an appropriate representation before the respondents-
Authority to consider and resolve his grievances.
3. Considered the grievance raised herein, the petitioners are given a liberty to submit a representation to the respondents-Authority within a period of 30 days raising all grounds and the respondents-Authority are directed to consider and decide the representation after enquiry about grievances, raised by the petitioners but with a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days from date of receipt of representation. After the decision, the respondents are under an obligation to communicate the decision to the petitioners either by way of speed post or through E-mail, if petitioners have provided E-mail in their representation. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, they are at liberty to approach this Court with fresh petition.
4. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition with pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
