1. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a

copy of this writ petition to Mr. Surendra Singh Naruka, AAG, appearing for the respondents. An advance copy has

supplied to the officer of ASG.

2. Office is directed to reflect name of Mr. Surendra Singh

Naruka in the cause list.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner applied for the post of Constable (GD) in CRPF, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Spoy in Narcotics Control Burearu Examination, 2025 and on the basis of examination PET and PST conducted on 22.08.2025 and the petitioner was selected and called for detailed medical examination in which he was declared unfit and appointment was not issued on the ground that petitioner is unfit in review medical examination.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also relying upon the Order dated 17.09.2025 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13222/2025 (Bhulesh Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and submitted that a Medical Board of AIIMS Jodhpur be constituted to provide a fair opportunity for examination.

5. The material on record indicate that the petitioner was declared an unfit due to amputation of distal phalanx of left ring finger. The petitioner was given a second opportunity of review Medical Board but he again failed. The counsel has placed reliance upon revised uniform guidelines for review medical examination issued on 31.05.2021 (Annexure-7).

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for parties and on perusal of material placed on record, without going into the veracity of the claim made by present petitioner and in order to balance the equity, and in the interest of justice, this Court deems it appropriate to direct All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur to examine physicalfitness of petitioner from a competent Medical Board, in light of requirement of CRPF.

7. In view of aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Director of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur on 06.01.2026 for medical examination by Board to assess his physical fitness for CRPF. After preparation of report, same be sent directly to respondents No.4 and 5 and also a copy to this Court.

8. List this matter on 20.01.2026.
