1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.09/2025 registered at Special Police Station (SOG), District ATS and SOG for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC and Sections 3, 4, 6, 2(f) (ii), 10 of Rajasthan Public Examination (Measure for Prevention of Unfair means in Recruitment) Act 2022.
