14/01/2026 By way of filing the present criminal misc. petition under Section 528 BNSS, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-

“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

1. Quash FIR No.0029/2025 dated 03.02.2025 registered at Police Station Jasnagar, District Nagaur;

2. Pass any other order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”

Upon perusal of the FIR, this Court finds that the complainant has levelled specific allegations therein that she and her daughter-in-law ‘M’ were subjected to molestation and sex
