1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 16.12.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, PC Act, Bhilwara in Criminal Case No.03/2014 whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer two years’ SI under Sections 7 and 13(1)(e) read with 13(2) of PC Act for each count.
