1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 13.11.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act Cases No.1, Hanumangarh in Sessions Case No.03/2022 whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum six years’ SI along with a fine of Rs.2000/- under Sections 5(L)/6 and 3/4 (2) of POCSO Act for each count and lesser punishment for the other offences under Sections 363 and 366 of IPC.
