1. This application for bail under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.162/2025 registered at Police Station RIICO Area, District Barmer, for offences under Sections 4/25 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per prosecution, the petitioner was carrying a knife about 44 cm long without having any valid permit or license. Learned counsel further submitted that there is no allegation against the present petitioner of using the knife recovered from his possession for any illegal or improper purpose or use.
