1. Counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the District Collector, Bundi, in the proceedings of meeting conducted on 3^rd March, 2022 observed as under:-

2. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that such an encroachments over the pasture lands in Villages Dalelpura, Borkhandi and Jainiwas have not been removed so far.

3. The Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

19.07.2023 passed following order:

“The Collector, Bundi, Sub Divisional Officer, Bundi and Tehsildar Bundi shall remain present before the Court to explain their conduct and also to show cause as to why appropriate action be not taken against them for non compliance of the order of the Court for removal of encroachment.

List this matter on 03.08.2023. On that day, the Collector, Sub Divisional Officer and Tehsildar, Bundi shall remain present before the Court along with the record.”

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents- contemnors, on the strength of status report dated 16.12.2025, prepared by the Tehsildar Hindauli, District Bundi, submits that on account of non-availability of suitable government land, to rehabilitate the persons, who have raised Kaccha Pakka construction over the pasture lands and are in established possession since years, they could not be dispossessed.

5. Learned counsel prays for a day’s time to produce the status report dated 16.12.2025 along with other documents on record.

6. In view of above, it is explicit that the encroachments from the pasture lands in above three Villages have not been removed.

Counsel for the respondents-contemnors prays for and is granted two weeks’ time to deliberate the issue and explore modalities by the respondents, to ensure compliance of the order dated 19.01.2021 to remove encroachment from the pasture land, albeit the respondents-contemnors would be held guilty for disobedience of the order. In case, respondents fails to take necessary steps/frame modalities to remove the encroachment, or any alternative ways to save the pasture lands, the concerned District Collector, Bundi, Sub Divisional Officer, Hindauli, District Bundi and the Tehsildar, Hindauli, District Bundi, shall remain present in person before this court on the next date of hearing.

8. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to send a copy of this order through E-mail/FAX in the office of respective respondents for compliance.

9. Let this contempt petition be listed on 27.01.2026 in supplementary cause list.
