1. The present writ petition has been filed aggrieved of show cause notice dated 30.03.2017 (Annex.1) and enquiry report dated 24.03.2017 (Annex.9) whereby the enquiry officer held the charges (Charge Nos.1 to 8) as framed against the petitioner to be proved.
