1. The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

“In view of the above, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs:

Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent No.2 i.e. Punjab National Bank, to forthwith release the amount of Rs.1,56,690/- laying under lien in the petitioner’s account No.3557001700026057 (saving account in the name Pawan Kumar Prajapat) and restore full access to the said account;
