1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.115/2025, registered at Police Station Narena, District Jaipur Rural, for the offence(s) under Sections 109(1) and 3(5) of BNS and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused- petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is contended that the specific allegation of firing upon the victim- Ramswaroop is against the co-accused Saitan. The victim did not sustain any firearm injury and there is no allegation that the petitioner and the co-accuse
