1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.505/2022, registered at Police Station Ramnagariya, District Jaipur (East) for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 504, 323 and 143 of IPC.

2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.
