1. The matter comes up on an application (IA No.01/2026) filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking further extension of period of interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 08.12.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14801/2025.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s wife is suffering from ovarian Cyst and is undergoing treatment and for that purpose, interim bail for a period of 20 and 30 days was granted by this Court twice vide orders dated 08.12.2025 and 18.12.2025, however, due to low blood count, surgery of the petitioner’s wife could not be performed.
