1. The matter has come up on application (01/2026) filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for extension of the period of interim bail granted to the petitioner on 18.08.2025, on the ground of right knee replacement surgery of his father.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted benefit of interim bail vide order dated 18.08.2025 passed in the instant Criminal Writ Petition, which was subsequently extended vide orders dated 16.10.2025 and 07.11.2025, on the ground of knee replacement surgery and post-
