This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 11.09.2025 passed by the learned Rent Appellate Tribunal, Bikaner in Appeal (Rent Control) No.61/2023 whereby the learned Rent Appellate Tribunal, Bikaner dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner and affirmed the order of eviction dated 07.08.2023 passed by the learned Rent Tribunal, Bikaner in Original Case No.121/2017.
