Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the petition is squarely covered by the order dated 08.12.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Rahul Gehlot Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: SBCWP No.13577/2025 along with bunch of writ petitions in which the Court has disposed of the writ petitions with certain directions while also granting limited protection to the petitioners.
