1. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 (Union of India) jointly submits that in a similar matter S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 16381/2025 L.b.s. Private Industrial Training Institute V/s State of Rajasthan & Ors. decided on 18.12.2025 and other connected matter decided on 23.01.2026 has passed certain directions and the present writ petition may also be disposed off with the same directions.

The coordinate Bench in case of L.b.s. Private Industrial Training Institute V/s State of Rajasthan & Ors. decided on

23.01.2026 has passed the following directions:-

6. Taking note of the above and as jointly prayed by learned counsel for all the parties, these petitions are disposed of with the following directions:

i) Petitioner ITIs will submit a fresh detailed reply/response along with all the relevant supporting documents to the DGT within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order on the official e-mail ID as mentioned in the minutes of meeting held on 13.11.2025 and

14.11.2025, published on 23.12.2025;

ii) The DGT on receipt of the same, would duly consider the said reply/response along with the annexed documents, if any, very much in accordance with law and without being influenced by any earlier orders or reports;

iii) The DGT along with the State authorities would also conduct a joint inspection of each of the petitioner ITIs within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of respective replies by serving an advance intimation to the petitioner ITIs;

iv) Only upon holding of the said joint inspection and considering the reply along with relevant documents submitted by petitioner ITIs, the DGT will arrive at any decision qua the deaffiliation proceedings so initiated by it against the petitioner ITIs;

v) The said decision would be taken by the DGT within three weeks of the holding of the joint inspection with respect of the particular petitioner ITI.

Needless to say that the DGT will pass a speaking and well reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and the same would be duly served upon each of the petitioner ITIs within one week from the date of passing of the same.

3. In view of the consent/ request by both the parties the present the present writ petition is disposed off in the light of the directions quoted above. The present writ petition will also govern by the same directions.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
