1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 18/2025 registered at Police Station Special Police Station (SOG), District ATS & SOG for the offences under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC and Sections 2(f)(ii), 3, 4, 6 and 10 of Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures to Prevent Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2022.
