1. This application for bail under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.143/2025 registered at Police Station Vallabhnagar, District Udaipur, for offences under Sections 64(1), 78, 79, 331(4)

and 351(3) of BNS.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.
