1. This bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.01/2025 registered at Police Station Kumher, District Deeg for offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2) & 189(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (in short, ‘BNS’), 2023. During the course of investigation, offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 190(2) & 3(5) of BNS, 2023 have been found proved against the petitioner.

2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel contends that cross cases have been registered between the parties.
