20/01/2026 This second application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.765/2023 registered at Police Station Pilibanga, District Hanumangarh, for offences under Section 8/15 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel submitted that as per the prosecution, during nakabandi, on 30.11.2023, a team of Police Station Pilibanga apprehended a Creta Car having registration No.RJ-19- CM-6468 which was being driven by the petitioner. On search being made, the team recovered contraband (poppy husk/straw) weighing 125 Kgs from seven gunny bags. The petitioner was arrested on the spot.

petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned
