1. The present criminal revision petition has been preferred under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the judgment dated 26.10.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.4, Bikaner in Criminal Appeal No.2/2014, whereby the criminal appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed and the judgment dated 10.02.2006 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Clas, Loonkaransar, Bikaner in Criminal Case No.170/1996 was affirmed. Vide the judgment of the trial court, the petitioner was convicted for the offences under Sections 279 and 304-A of the Indian Penal Code and was sentenced to 6 months’ simple imprisonment with a fine of ₹250/- and in default thereof to further undergo simple imprisonment, for the
