The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 28.10.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Sri Ganganagar, District Sri Ganganagar in Sessions Case No.67/2019 whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum imprisonment of 10 years R.I. under Section

8/22 of the NDPS Act.
