1. Instant writ petition is preferred by the petitioner with following prayer:
1- Direct to the respondents to grant the arrear of minimum wages from the date of initial appointment to till paying minimum wages of salary.
2- Direct to the respondents to make the payment of arrear along with the interest of 24% per anumn from the date of order of minimum wages authority dt. 23-12-2015 to till payment.
2. Learned counsel for respondent Mr. Neeraj Batra, GC submits that they have already moved proposal to the Finance Department for sanction of Budget so that payment be made to the petitioners. He further undertake that as per the instructions from the department, the payment will be made before 31.12.2025.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied with the statement made by Mr. Neeraj Batra, GC.
4. The writ petition is disposed with with direction to the respondent to make payment of all dues latest by
31.12.2025.
5. Misc. application, if any, stands disposed of.
